The Stone Bridge High School Bulldog Golfers won their fifth match this evening against a very good McLean High School Team.   Coach Rick Early and his team hosted the Bulldogs at the Hidden Creek Country Club course in Reston, VA.   The nine hole match was won by a score of Stone Bridge 162 to McLean's 165.   While the scoring McLean golfers posted scores of 37, 38, 43 and 47, the Stone Bridge golfers scored as follows:   Senior Cam Bender shot a tying low medalist round of 37.   This was one of Cam's nicest rounds of the season with two birdies for the nine.  Cam introduced a new SLDR driver to the bag this week and it seems to be working just fine.   Nice round Cam!   Freshman Paul Thoppil shot a very nice 41 and Senior Abby Bloom and Sophomore Max Carollo both shot 42s.   Also playing or Stone Bridge, Connor Steggerda shot 47 and Matt Kapusta shot 46.   Nice job Bulldogs.   Stone Bridge after four matches against five teams remains undefeated this season.
