Varsity Cheerleading

Coach Mantell was a Bulldog cheerleader the first few years that Stone Bridge was open. She never cheered until her freshman year, but she earned a spot on the freshman team in the fall and then moved up to the varsity team that winter for competition season. Her senior year, she cheered for All-Star Angels, and then coached several teams at that gym for 4 years after graduating high school.

Coach Mantell graduated from Marymount University in Arlington, VA with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and a minor in Communication. She works full time as a Corporate Communication Specialist and does freelance graphic design work in her spare time.

After volunteering for the 2014 season and coaching the Freshman team in the 2015 season, she is happy to be back again this year.  She is excited to help carry on the Bulldog spirit and tradition that she helped bring to this successful cheerleading program so many years ago!
