Al Bernstorf
Head Coach
Girls JV Basketball
Mr. Bernstorf is in his 35th year as a professional educator & 33rd year as a classroom teacher. He completed his undergraduate work at Lycoming College in Williamsport, Pa. and his graduate work at Virginia State University in Etterick, VA. He is certified in social studies grades 6 through 12 and in secondary school administration. Mr. Bernstorf is a corporal in the New Jersey Light Infantry Company, an American Revolutionary War reenactment unit. He has been active in this unit for 30+ years and has participated in reenactments from Massachusetts to South Carolina.
Mr. Bernstorf has been involved in coaching high school athletics for 30 of the 35 years he has been in public education. He has coached football, men's volleyball, women's volleyball, men's and women's basketball from middle school to high school varsity, junior varsity baseball, junior varsity softball and varsity track. This year Mr. Bernstorf will be the head junior varsity coach for girls basketball.
