The Stone Bridge Bulldogs Defeat the Woodgrove Wolverines in Golf Match, August 17, 2015,  Round Hill, VA

The Bulldog golfers were hosted by the Wolverine golfers at beautiful Stoneleigh Golf Club in an 18 hole match.  The final score after a great effort by both teams in muggy, hot weather conditions was Stone Bridge 330 and Woodgrove 336.   Stone Bridge is now has a three win, zero loss record in matches for the season.   Scoring for Stone Bridge was as follows:     Brandon Locke, 78; Eli Robertson, 85; Logan Goodrich, 83; and, Abby Bloom, 84.   The Bulldogs gave it a great effort on a course many of them had never played before the match.   Also playing for Stone Bridge were Matt Kapusta, and Cam Bender in the team's five and six positions.   Playing as alternates were senior Brandon Lisciandro and Stone Bridge's only freshman this season, Max Carollo.  

The Bulldog's next match is against Potomac Falls High School at home course Belmont Country Club on Thursday, August 20, 2015.
