The Stone Bridge girls’ soccer team continued their winning streak with a 2-0 win over visiting West Springfield. Both goals came off of set plays. In the 13th minute of the game, freshman Emily Fox was fouled in box and awarsed a penalty kick. Fox scored off of the PK to put the Bulldogs on the board. In the second half, the Bulldogs were given a free kick in the West Springfield half of the field. Sophomore Briana Alston kicked the ball into the goal box where sophomore Lindsay Gallagher directed the ball toward the goal. Fox followed up and placed the ball in the back of the net for her second goal of the game. The defense earned another shut out and were lead by junior goalkeeper Hailey Corpe who recorded 2 saves. 

With the win, the Bulldogs move to 7-0 in the season. They will travel to McLean on Thursday night.
