Congratulations to the Stone Bridge boys soccer team in their 4-0 home win over Liberty District rival South Lakes. The Bulldogs were lead in scoring by Ryan Buckley, Danny Carmona and Michael Morningstar who scored twice. Auguste Spencer had two assists on the night Tommy Dunne and Tyler Bavis also contributed an assist in the win. Bulldog keeper Abe Yoslov earned his second straight shutout. South Lakes keeper Kevin Cronin had five saves on the evening. Stone Bridge out shot South lakes 9-3 and the Bulldogs earned 3 corner kicks to South Lakes' one.
With the win the Bulldogs recorded now stands at 2-1-2 on the season and 1-1 in Liberty District play. Next game for Stone Bridge will on Friday, April 1 at James Madison HS. The JV boys will play at 5:30 and the Varsity will kick off at 7 PM.
