Congratulations to the Stone Bridge boys soccer team in their 1-0 home win over Heritage on Friday afternoon. It was tough hard fought game with Loudoun County opponent Heritage but Senior Luke Schierling converted off a long throw-in from Tommy Dunne with 1:31 left in regulation to pull off the victory for the Bulldogs. The Bulldogs carried a 13-6 shots on goal advantage over Heritage.
Abe Yoslov made 7 saves in the game to pick up the shutout and the win. With the win the Bulldogs record now stands at 5-1-2 on the season and the team is off next week due to spring break and will play again on Wednesday, April 27 away at Loudoun Valley.
