?The Stone Bridge boys opened Conference 14 play on Monday hosting the Briar Woods Falcons falling to the visitors 2-0. Teams were tied at half time but the Falcons scored one minute into the second half off a corner kick and the second came with less than 10 minutes to go in the match.
Both teams could not capitalize on their first half chances with each team earning 6 shots each. Both keepers came up with great saves to keep the score knotted at 0-0 in the first half. Tyler Martin had 5 saves on the night and Chris Shutler was called on to make 6 saves.
With the loss the Bulldogs fall to 1-5 on the season and 0-1 in Conference play. The Bulldogs travel to Madison on Friday for a non-conference game.
