Bulldogs Lose: 1 - 5
Bulldogs fall to a fast paced Patrick Henry team 5-1. The team played very well and had the better of the possession for the first half hour. Patrick henry went ahead in the 30th minute and never looked back. They scored 3 goals in a 5-minute span going into half time to take the wind out of the Bulldogs sails.
Regardless of the score, the Bulldogs maintained possession for the majority of the game but just could not capitalize. We are proud of all the work the seniors have done for the program!!

Bulldogs Win: 4 - 0
Bulldogs open up regionals with a 4-0 win over visiting Potomac Sr. High School. The two teams were tied at half time, but then the Bulldogs scored 5 minutes in off a Ben Corado header off a corner kick from classmate James Savage. James got on the scoresheet minuts later when he followed up his own shot on goal and shot it into the roof of the net to make the score 2-0.
Alex Corado won a penalty kick late in the 2nd half and calmly dispatched it into the right hand corner of the net. With about 5 minutes left, James Savage was once again provider when he played a great through ball to a streaking Rohit Chhatre who calmly finished past the goal keeper's near post.
The Bulldogs return to action on Thursday away at Patrick Henry High School in Roanoke, VA. Game time is set for 7 pm.

Bulldogs Lose: 1 - 2
Bulldogs fall in a heartbreaker to Briar Woods in the Conference 14 final match. The Falcons went up 1-0 on a set piece goal late in the first half. The Bulldogs rallied and finally broke through half way in the 2nd half off an Aayush Rama goal. The Falcons rallied themselves and went ahead for good 15 seconds after the Bulldogs tied it up. It was heartbreaking for the Bulldogs, but the Bulldogs play again on Tuesday against the 3 seed from Conference 15.

Bulldogs Win: 1 - 0
Bulldogs win a nail-biter 1-0 vs Broad Run in the conference 14 semifinals. The Bulldogs created several chances in the 1st half, but failed to capitalize until the 38th minute when Ryan Gibiser put away an Alex Corado cross.
The Bulldogs stayed strong in the 2nd half, and Ross Mouritzen made some huge saves to keep the Spartans off the scoresheet. The backline played very well in thwarting Broad Run's very direct style of play. Ryan Rubenstein, Nathan Simmons, Nate Proulx, Ben Corado and Bryan Kleine all played very well in the back.
The Bulldogs host Briar Woods tomorrow in the conference 14 championship match. Go Bulldogs!

Bulldogs Lose: 1 - 1
The Bulldogs and Spartans battled to a 1-1 tie on a rainy night in Ashburn. The Spartans struck first on a ferocious 40-yard free kick that caught the top corner. Alex Corado equalized for the Bulldogs with 15 minutes remaining to force overtime. The Spartans hit the crossbar late in the second half, but the teams were tied after regulation. The Bulldogs had the best chance to win the game when Emmanuel Robertson struck the post late in the first over time. The Bulldogs looked dangerous in attack throughout the game, and look to finish off their chances next Wednesday against Broad Run at home at 6 pm. That game is also senior night.

Bulldogs Win: 2 - 1
The bulldogs got a victory over Chantilly in a late season non-conference game. The bulldogs opened the scoring 30 seconds into the game off an Andrew White goal. He was the first to run onto a deflected shot, and stayed onsides before calmly dispatching the goal. The Chargers responded with a deflected cross that looped over the goalkeeper before nestling in the far corner.
The Bulldogs put the game away when Alex Corado scored from a seemingly impossible angle with 5 minutes to go in the game. The Bulldogs play at home on Thursday for Senior night, and then on the 17th against Broad Run in a conference 14 tournament semifinal.

Bulldogs Lose: 2 - 6
Bulldogs fall to a classy, well-coached Park View team. The bulldogs fell behind 2-0 after a pair of goals in 2 minutes but were able to claw back to tie the game. The first goal came from Alex Corado. He hit a shot from a full 35 yards that left the keeper with no chance. His goal came with 8 minutes left in the first half. Andrew White ties the game 2 minutes into the second half.
The Patriots were able to add 3 goals in a 5 minute span to seal the game, and then added one more later in the game.
The Bulldogs played well, and were able to keep possession throughout the game, but could not get enough clean looks at goal. The team returns to action next Tuesday at Chantilly for a varsity double header. Kickoff is 5:45

Bulldogs Lose: 1 - 1
The Bulldogs and Huskies tied 1-1 in a weather-shortened Conference 14 matchup in Leesburg. The Bulldogs got off to the 1-0 lead on a great finish by Adam Bekhet off a long throw-in from Nathan Simmons. Bryan Kleine also had the assist on the play. The Bulldogs managaed to keep the Huskies off the scoreboard for the remainder of the half; a difficult feat as the boys were playing into a strong wind. The second half started positively for the Bulldogs as they now had the wind at their backs, and were able to create positive chances. However, the 2nd goal would not come as the Tuscarora keeper made some good saves to keep the Huskies in the match.
The Huskies got the game-tying goal on a penalty kick about 15 minutes into the second half. The game was then called 5 minutes later, and it ended as a 1-1 draw. The Bulldogs have secured the #2 seed for the conference 14 tournament which starts on May 15. Fortunately for the Bulldogs, they will start their tournament on the 17th of May in a semifinal match.

Bulldogs Win: 5 - 1
Bulldogs put together a TOTAL team effort and beat Briar Woods 5-1 behind goals from 3 different goal scorers. Emmanuel Robertson started off the scoring in the first half with a great counter attack goal. Later on, Alex Corado found Rohit Chhatre over the top of the back line, and Rohit calmly dispatched the ball into the far corner. Briar Woods was able to get a goal back part way through the 2nd half, but the Bulldogs answered with 3 goals in a short span from Rohit, Adam Behket, and Alex Pierce. Great game by all players!

Bulldogs Lose: 0 - 0
Neither team could find the net on a beautiful evening in Leesburg. Both teams were in a predicament of a non-conference game sandwiched between 2 other conference games. However, you would not have known with the tenacity that both teams played with. The tackles were flying, but the game was still being played in good spirits. Spencer Wright came up with several big saves to preserve the shutout. Alex Corado came within inches of winning the game on a free kick right at the final whistle. The bulldogs played well, and are in good shape heading into tomorrow's key Conf 14 matchup with Briar Woods.

Bulldogs Lose: 3 - 3
Bulldogs and Spartans battled to a 3-3 tie in Conference 14 play on a rainy Monday night game. The game was a physical game, but played in competitive spirit from both teams. The Spartans went ahead on a contested offside call, but Alex Corado scored from 20 yards out from his own blocked shot. The Bulldogs took the lead after Alex Corado scored on a set piece half way through the first half. The Spartans were not to be denied, and countered with a goal off a corner kick with about 15 minutes left in the half. Corado then scored on a counter attack goal where he took on several Broad Run defenders before firing one into the upper corner on the stroke of half time. The Spartans battled and stayed in the game by scoring another goal off a set piece to finish the scoring late in the 2nd half. Neither team could find the net in overtime, but both teams created good chances.

Bulldogs Win: 4 - 2
Bulldogs fought off a gritty, determined Potomac Falls team. After falling behind 1-0 in the first 2 minutes, the Bulldogs scored less than 5 minutes later from a goal by Rohit Chhatre. Alex Corado put the Bulldogs up 2-1 halfway through the first half with a tidy far post finish. The Bulldogs had numerous chances in the first half to put chances away, but could not find the back of the net. The Bulldogs were made to pay for their missed chances when the Panthers scored the tying goal early in the 2nd half off a flicked header from a long free kick.
The Bulldogs kept knocking on the door, and almost scored with less than 10 seconds remaining, but the keeper came up with the stop.
Stone Bridge started the overtime period strong, and Alex Corado scored from a direct free kick early in the first overtime period. The Panthers offside trap was very effective for most of the game, but the Bulldogs broke through for the game-icing goal late in the 2nd over time. Alex Corado squared a pass for James Savage to tap it in to an empty net.
The Bulldogs' next game is on Monday, April 24 vs cross-town rival Broad Run.

Bulldogs Win: 2 - 0
Bulldogs bounce back from Monday's loss with a 2-0 win. Goals were scored by Alex Corado on a penalty kick in the first half after Rohit Chhatre drew a foul in the box. The bulldogs pressed McLean the entire game, and hung strong even as McLean was able to create several dangerous scoring opportunities. Senior Rohit Chhatre calmly put away his third goal of the year to seal the game with less than 5 minutes remaining in the game. Sophomore Spencer Wright made some key saves in the victory to preserve the shutout. Bulldogs return to action on April 19 when they travel to Broad Run.

Bulldogs suffer a tough loss to Tuscarora. Huskies got off to a fast start, scoring 3 goals in the game's first 6 minutes. Alex Corado pulled one back for the Bulldogs. The boys created numerous chances in the 2nd half, but could not capitalize. The boys return to action on Wednesday at home vs. McLean.

Bulldogs and the Falcons play a very entertaining game, but both teams fail to find the net after 80 minutes of regulation and two 5-minute overtime periods. Ross Mouritzen came up with several big saves in the 2nd half to keep the game tied. Bulldogs return to action on Monday, April 3 vs Tuscarora.
