Information regarding try-outs:

The following forms* must be completed and returned no later than Monday, August 3, 2015. You can turn them in at any of the open gyms.

3. Warning and Assumption of Risk

4. Emergency card

5. Concussion Guideline

*These forms may be downloaded from the SBHS web site under athletics and athletic forms

 Try-outs will take place Monday through Friday (August 3 - August 7)

• Freshmen:  1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
• Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors:  9:00 – 12:00
• There will be an initial cut on Wednesday, and the final team will be announced on Friday at the end of practice

*Some freshmen may be asked to try-out with the sophomores from 9:00 – 12:00.  Players will be notified after the Monday try-out if this is the case!
