Ashburn high school football will be on the state's biggest stage Saturday as Stone Bridge seeks revenge against Phoebus in the Division 5 state championship game and Briar Woods tries to claim the school's first state championship against Harrisonburg in the Division 4 final.

Bulldogs ground the Eagles and earn rematch with the Phoebus Phantoms in the state final
Things were not going as planned for Stone Bridge early in its state semifinal matchup with Osbourn. The Bulldogs went three and out on the first offensive series of the game. Osbourn seemed capable of moving the ball at will behind the outside running of speedster quarterback Dominique Terrell.
